Fred Wilson is talking about the bubble, not the last one...this one. Doing employee benefits for startups I can say this is something you just learn to live with. Many of the companies I am working with currently will be growing like crazy over the next couple of years. I think there is at least more scrutiny of the companies that are getting started.
